Welcome to Hobbyts! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Hobbyts website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

• 1. Accuracy and Conduct

  • 1.1. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of event information they post on Hobbyts. Any content provided, including event details, must be truthful and reliable.

  • 1.2. We expect all users to conduct themselves respectfully towards other users and event organizers. Any behavior deemed inappropriate, including harassment, discrimination, or bullying, will not be tolerated.

  • 1.3. Organizers are not responsible for ensuring the safety and security of participants attending their events. All participants must adhere to all relevant laws and regulations which are generally accepted regarding governing the gathering of a group of people.

  • 1.4. Payments associated with events are the sole responsibility of the organizer. Hobbyts does not facilitate or oversee any financial transactions between users.

• 2. Content Moderation

  • 2.1, Our administrators actively monitor and moderate content on Hobbyts to maintain a positive and safe environment for all users. Any content that violates our community guidelines, including spam, offensive material, or fraudulent activities, will be promptly removed.

  • 2.2. Users found to be in violation of our community guidelines may have their accounts blocked or suspended by Hobbyts administrators.

  • 2.3. Users can also report any violations or concerns to our administrators via Telegram.

• 3. User Interaction

  • 3.1. All interactions between users on Hobbyts should adhere to common rules of respectful and appropriate behavior. Harassment, hate speech, or any form of abusive conduct towards others will not be tolerated.

  • 3.2. Users are encouraged to engage in constructive and positive interactions, fostering a supportive community environment.

• 4. Data Usage and Privacy

  • 4.1. Hobbyts is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our users' personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Notice for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

• 5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • 5.1. All intellectual property rights related to the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, are the property of Hobbyts or its licensors. Users may not use, copy, or distribute any content from the Services without prior written consent.

• 6. Liability, Indemnification, and Termination

  • 6.1. Hobbyts shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Services. Users agree to indemnify and hold Hobbyts harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of their use of the Services.

  • 6.2. Hobbyts reserves the right to terminate user accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct, without prior notice.

  • 7.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ukraine.
